Recruitment Operations Manager for Uganda

 Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Administration/Human Resources. 

Proven exp. as a Recruitment Manager within a similar environment. 

Min. experience 3 - 4 years in recruitment industry. 

Proven successful track record in recruitment (agency or in-house).

Required Candidate profile

Proven experience of successfully managing and developing a team of 3 or more

Excellent communication skills and confidence with the ability to build rapport and relationships at any level
