Power BI / SQL Developers for Saudi Arabia

Our client a fortune 100 company builds technologies to mark tough global challenges in safety, aerospace, security, energy, building automation, supply chain, chemicals etc. Headquartered in North Carolina, they have presence across the globe.

For their Pune Center they are looking for POWER BI / SQL developers.

This is a contract to hire opening & resources shall be required to WFH (work from home), HOWEVER RESOURCES WILL HAVE TO TRAVEL TO SAUDI

Technical Skill

• 4 to 10 years experience in designing and implementing Visualizations and Reports using various visualization tools Microsoft - Power BI, Dundas.
• Excellent Expertise in SQL, SSAS, SSIS can independently mine data to translate Business data needs into creative visualizations
• Able to optimize SQL View/Stored procedure.
• Strong hold on MDX concepts.
• Knowledge of SOA Governance and Best Practices - for SOAP/REST Web Service development
• Strong experience in Power BI Service & Power BI Desktop on premise version.
• Experience in writing DAX functions.

DSV lead shall be capable of,

• Driving all visualization (Report/dashboard/mobility), KPI Calculations, Analytical requirement, Notifications and Events, Portal requirements of Customer) by working with vendor and customer
• Translate all functional requirements to technical requirements and work with team of SQL database designer, integration, Dashboard and reports that lead to closure.
• Lead should deliver project end to end from functional design to implementation and handling all dependencies and constraints.
• Prior experience of delivering large visualization project is MUST

Roles and Responsibilities

• Has strong experience in creating complex reports using all kind of visualizations available with Power BI.
• Experience in Data Development AND Business Intelligence medium.
• High energy; strong analytical thinker with strong Data & Development background
• Strong problem-solving mentality with a will to deliver results
• Critical thinker and process / result- oriented
• Experience & proven ability in analyzing / solutions for complex projects/issues
• Ability to work in fast-paced; dynamic environment with minimal supervision
• Apply different mining techniques to build high quality visualizations
• Design transformation and aggregation logic on the data received from various sources
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify useful and strategically relevant insights
• Help drive business stakeholder adoption of visualization-driven decision making
• Implement solutions adherence to data visualization standards
• Conceptualize, design and develop data visualization solutions that synthesize data concepts into clear communications for key business stakeholders.
• Write complex SQL queries and able to write stored procedures.
• Create Design documents- FDS, DDS and conduct customer trainings.
• At Least BE in Computer Science/Information technology with implementation experience in Visualization Tools like Tableau, Power-BI , Dundas

Skills and experience:

1. Experienced in the IT industry

2. Relevant coding experience

3. SQL server and database experience

4. Power BI experience

5. Expected experience minimum 4 10 years
