Jewelry Inventory Executive 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor the Inventory aging and Identify the Non-moving inventory and find out the way to clear it.
• Maintain the inventory level to stations
• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
• Use software to monitor and Control the inventory in various aspects.
• Analyze data to anticipate future needs
• Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management
• Collaborate with Stations inventory team and other staff to ensure the controlling as per company policy.
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
• Report to upper management on stock levels, issues on weekly basis.
• Jewelry Product knowledge

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in Jewelry Inventory Management or similar position
• Good in Microsoft Office (Specially in Excel)
• Problem solving
• Data Analysis
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
• Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
• An analytical mind with strong math skills and Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Graduation or relevant field
