Security Supervisor for Guinea

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Security In charge with a background in the military to oversee security operations in Guinea, West Africa. This position requires strong leadership skills, tactical proficiency, and the ability to manage a diverse team in challenging environments.


Role & responsibilities

  • Build and deploy security policies, protocols, procedures, and guidelines ensuring staff, assets, and premises safety and security.
  • Direct the work of security personnel in the region, including guiding, coaching, training, coaching, performance management to facilitate adherence to standard.
  • Perform routine risk assessments and threat analyses to uncover security gaps and blueprint plans to reduce risk.
  • Document and keep accurate records, reports, and relevant information pertaining to security incidents, investigations, and operational activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Must have minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in security operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing security teams effectively, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preference given to Ex Army/ Military Background candidate.
  • Must know computers application like MS Office.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to security challenges.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical conduct.
  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in diverse environments.
