ELECTRICAL ENGINEER : The Electrical Engineer provides engineering services to the Maintenance and Production Departments. Investigates and recommends solution to production and maintenance problems; aids in prevention equipment failures through inspection; assists, coordinates and performs economic and engineering feasibility studies; ensures plant and equipment modifications are compatible with existing systems and established goals. Coordinates installation of engineered work for Contractors, and supervises and inspects work done by contract or Mill maintenance.

Administers capital and non-capital projects from inception through completion including Consultant, Contractor and equipment selection, economic feasibility, budget preparation and implementation, drawing and design review, Consultant and Contractor supervision, start-up and training assistance.
Ensures compatibility with existing systems, spare parts, Mill standards, and environmental policies and modifies as required.
Maintains close liaison with Electrical/Instrument Superintendent and his staff providing engineering assistance and supervision on major projects as well as day to day maintenance problems.
PROCESS / CHEMICAL ENGINEER : The Process Engineer will be responsible for applying an understanding of Chemical Engineering to improve process reliability, quality, cost, and safety.
This position is in the Technical Department working with the Operating Departments
Assist in reliability and process improvement and direction setting to help the department achieve their short-term and long-term goals.
Create process improvement opportunities on cost, quality, environment and safety.
Oversee reliability improvement opportunities within the department.
Provide coaching on technical issues to manufacturing operations and process owners.
Conduct and document mill trials and studies.
Provide technical support to operators for process troubleshooting problems and resolve process or environmental issues.
Leading the identification, prioritization, and resolution of process issues
