Sous Chef / Chef de Partie / Tandoor for I Village At Victoria (New Zealand)

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs.



Reporting to the Managing Director, your objective in this role will be to deliver successful new food offerings for our up market clientele and as such you will need to have and able to demonstrate:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience of Successfully formulating new SAUCES, TANDOORI ITEMS, AND DRESSINGS SPECIFICALLY FOR FISH AND OTHER SEAFOOD
  • Have a hands on approach to training Chefs at various levels
  • Identify opportunities, which will drive sales, growth & profitability for the business & creation of new customers
  • Work closely with our suppliers, Managing Director & Operation Manager
  • Create and write easy to follow Specs to our line Chefs and team members.
