Duties for a HR Coordinator :-
Co-ordinate with Local and overseas recruitment agencies on terms and conditions, open positions, short-listed resumes with supportive documents in order to start recruitment process.
Follow up for the collection of passport and necessary documents for selected candidates to start visa process.
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies
Tracking visa process for all candidates.
Tracking & retrieving all parcel/courier which comes through courier agency or with individuals.
Conducting interview for all open positions and making referrals of well-qualified and skillful candidates, providing feedback to the management
Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and training.
Co-ordinate with travel agent & selected candidates for itinerary ticket in order to insure smooth arrival
Draft job descriptions with managers and supervisors as needed and maintain job description file.
Perform other duties assigned by management
provide and manage reports for position requirement and numbers of required candidates for each positions
Booking tickets , hotels for the employees and directors travelling for company purposes.
Hours
Hours of work will be determined by work levels and requirements of same
to ensure all responsibilities are met. Having Fast-paced environment with the requirement for 99.9% uptime during business hours.
Income
Salary is negotiable depending on his caliber and capacity.
All expenses such as Food / Accommodation / Travel / Visa ( if required) / Laundry / Light / Water will be borne by the company. (Zero out of Pocket Expenses)
Skills and knowledge
Able to operate HRMS.
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Creating and innovative writing ability, including proofreading and editing for grammar and punctuation.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Qualification: - Bachelors degree in Human Resource, , Knowledge of HR operations and administration required.
Experience at least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in Human Resource.
