    Job Description:-

    1.To represent the companys high standards of personal presentation and behavior at all times during a shift.
    2.To exceed guest expectations by serving food in a professional, knowledgeable and accommodating manner.
    3.To learn and retain a comprehensive understanding of all menu items to ensure maximum benefit to the guest and the ability to work effectively.
    4.To willingly assist customers when the need arises e.g. making recommendations and generally anticipating their needs.
    5.To bring a positive attitude to teamwork, contributing to the smooth running of the restaurant and interacting productively with other departments.
    6.To maintain the standards and culture of the team by setting an example to new members of staff and assisting in their training when required.
    7.To report for duty, punctually, wearing the correct uniform.
    8.To run the line during service, ensuring that the highest standards are met and that communication between all sections and restaurant departments is efficient and polite.
    9.To produce menu items for service coordinating with other departments, maintaining the highest standards and always adhering to the spec to achieve our quality, appearance & portion size.
    10.To monitor the quality and presentation of dishes so that only those which meet our highest standards are served to customers.
    11.To ensure that a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained by following cleaning routines and through ongoing diligence during the shift and in set up and clean down procedures.
    12.To observe the companys fire plan and health and safety policy.
    13.To observe the rules and procedures of the company.
    14.Ensures that food goes to the customers in a timely manner

      Experience-At least 1 Year ( From fine dining hotels and restaurants)

      1.To prepare food to the standards as defined by the Head Chef. 
      2.To maintain the property in a clean and well-ordered manner. 
      3.To understand the food being served by taking part in tastings with the head chef. 
      4.Ensuring the security of stock at all times. 
      5.To ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers adhering to the companys Health and Safety policy and procedures.

      Job Description:-

      -Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
      -Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu; answering questions.
      -Sells coffees and coffee grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.
      -Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, expresso, expresso lungo, caffe latte, and cappuccino.
      -Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products.
      -Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.
      -Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
