Namdhari Seeds Pvt. Ltd. (NSPL) is a breeder, producer and distributor of vegetable seeds based near Bangalore with a commitment to developing high quality varieties with better yield, disease resistance and adaptability to various agro climatic conditions. With successes achieved in the domestic vegetables scenario, the company has expanded into field crops with its own cotton and rice hybrids.     Position Purpose
    The candidate for this position will be responsible for maximizing the companys market share and profits in Vietnam. Being aware of global market trends and developing products that meet international demands.
    The candidate may work with other marketing professionals to develop materials, conduct market research and develop strategies to improve company sales. Marketing experience in reputed vegetable seeds company will be an important aspect while applying for this position.

    Roles and Responsibilities
    Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the organization.
    Stay abreast of changes in assigned marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjust plans accordingly.
    Research and develop pricing policies and recommend appropriate sales channels.
    Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
    Ensure that project/ department milestones/ goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
    Full authority for personnel actions.
    Extensive knowledge of department processes. 
    Promote channel development.
    Ability to screen new materials.
    Conduct promotion activities.
    Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinates. 
    May select and assign staff, ensuring equal employment opportunity in hiring and promotion. 
    Maintain records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence relative to the work. 
    Identify development and training needs and ensure that training is obtained.
    Recommend and/ or implement changes in methods and procedures related to inspections and grading processes.
    Review appeals of inspection grades and issue revisions, if warranted.
    May occasionally perform any task assigned to subordinate staff, consistent with any licensing or certification requirements.
    Ability to perform related work as assigned.
    Familiarity with the methods of packing, storing, and marketing of seeds.
    Knowledge of training and supervisory techniques.
    May instruct, supervise, and evaluate employees.
    Interpret and apply standards, rules, and regulations relative to the work. 
    Knowledge of import export processes would be an added advantage.
    Meet and deal effectively with people.
