Position: Electrical Erection Manager (Material Handling Plant)
Design, Planning and Controlling project activities during Erection and Commissioning
Should have basic erection knowledge about the requirements posed in International standard i.e. IEC standard for Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Electrical systems
Supervise Contractors mobilization, installation and commissioning such as
o Cable tray laying and tray supporting, Cable pulling activity,
o Installation of Indoor and outdoor panels,
o Installation of field equipment, control instrument, illumination system
Conduct technical scrutiny of all documents regarding, preparation of layouts DPR, Drawings, Specification tender evaluation, BOM and Coordinate with other departments/ agencies to resolve interface problems.
Maintaining DPR, Inspection reports, Protocols etc.
He should have good understanding of the equipment & its sequence for Erection, Testing & Precommissioning
Responsible for implementation of ITP requirement through Contractor at site
Preparation and execution of process control logic used in Bulk material handling machines and conveyor system.

Execution of High Voltage and Low Voltage Power commissioning for MCC and HV panel.
Commissioning of various safety device, auxiliary system such as Hydraulic system, Dust suppression system, Lubrication system, Belt scale.
Understanding of Test protocol of MV/ LV equipment and participation guidance to contractor for Testing and commissioning as per IEC standard
Execution of No load and load operation of each process of Bulk material handling machines and conveyor system through integrated logic control operation from MCC, VFD, PLC panels in Maintenance manual, Automatic mode.
Preparation of reports for pre-energizes test, no load and load commissioning, handing over protocol.

Good coordination with Contractors representatives & Customer Representatives
Interact with client for obtaining clearances and required resources for executing the work,
Coordination with Local statutory authority for electrical installation wherever applicable
Be responsible for harmonious industrial relations at site
Ensure company's interest throughout the execution
Be responsible for accident free execution of project
Candidate should have experience in Electrical Erection of Car Dumper & Stacker cum Reclaimer & Conveying systems for international projects
Strong Leadership skills, decision making, conflict management and strong interpersonal skills.
In-depth experience in Planning & Execution of Material Handling
Good analytical skills with the ability to provide solutions to issues
Self-motivated with sound interpersonal skills coupled with a confident style of behavior
Good communication skills when dealing with project staff and potentially the client
