A company located in Dubai-UAE mainly dealing with weighing equipment, lifting equipment, measuring instruments requires experienced Sales Manager
The applicant should have intense experience in generating leads and sales by outbound marketing and sales of weighing equipment, weighing automation systems.
*Scope of work:-
- Managing and Handling Sales Engineers and executives
- Setting and supervising KPIs to achieve the best market results
- Find new customers B2C and B2B by direct visits
- Project and Material Estimation
- Preparing quotation, follow up and closing of sales
- Marketing research
- Preparing marketing and sales reports
- After sales support and Customer service
*Key requirement:-
- Minimum of 10 years experience in outbound marketing and sales out of that 3 Years should be with experience in sales management in any of the below
Weighing equipment
Weighing based automation
Weighing Systems (on-board, in-motion, feeders...etc)
- Filling and batching machines
- Knowledge in Estimation, designing and installation of various weighing equipments
- Higher educational degree
- Proven sales records and references from previous employers
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Experience in customer service with excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Physically fit
- Advance MS Office user
