- Carries out a variety of technical and administrative duties related to the ongoing operations of the Support Services Section, including answering telephone calls, typing, maintaining appointment dairy, keeping & updating files, dispatching & distributing outgoing and incoming mail and drafting routine correspondences,.
Assist in the writing of various procedures related to Maintenance Support Services (Rigging, Scaffolding, Insulation, painting, etc),
Preparing daily and monthly reports, preparing gate passes, tracking and follow-up of all maintenance Support services records and implementation of COMPANYs computerized maintenance system.
- Required Candidate profile
B. A. in Commerce or B. Sc. in Engineering
5 years of work experience in Oil / Gas Processing / Petro Chemical Industry.
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
Good working knowledge of computer systems and softwares such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Projects, MS Access, Visio, etc.
Ability to type in English at 40 w.p.m.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
