JOB TYPE:
Long term contract
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work on new ETL development with Talend.
Work on Conversion to Talend for existing ETL jobs written in Abinitio/Informatica.
Work with project manager as necessary regarding issues such as server down-time.
Work with various application teams.
Provide support for production issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Talend ETL developer with 4+ years of hard-core Talend experience.
Experience in Talend 7.2 and 6.5 versions.
Experience designing and delivering complex, large-volume data warehouse applications
Knowledge of TAC.
Knowledge of Nexus Artifact Repository.
Experience in Talend performance testing/tuning and job orchestration.
Knowledge of GIT Source code control.
Implementation of metadata framework for restart ability of failed job.
Strong in SQL and Unix Scripting.
Knowledge of Hadoop Architecture and its components.
