Experience: 7 to 12 yrs.
Key Responsibilities:-
▫ Independent Business correspondence with clients
▫ Order booking of Aluminium & Steel Flat Products TO VARIOUS DESTINATIONS.
▫ Handling Sales & Marketing of Galvanized Steel Sheets / Color Coated Steel Sheets & Aluminium Products.
▫ Finalizing deals with foreign buyers
▫ Entertaining New Inquiries from new buyers and developing prospective buyers into regular customers
▫ Reporting to M.D on weekly basis.
▫ Coordinating with factory for technical requirements of the buyers
▫ Looking into quality claims, if any, made by the buyers and settling them.
▫ Response to enquires from foreign buyers, sampling, and expanding the customer base
▫ Responsible for Sales & Marketing / Business development for the steel & Aluminium products like Cold Rolled Coils (CRC), Pre Painted Color Coated Coils (PPGI), Pre Painted Color Coated Sheets & Aluminium Sheets etc.
▫ Development of new customers / channels / Agents / Traders base for promoting the business.
▫ Identifying prospective clients, mapping their requirements & coordinating for new business opportunities.
▫ Identifying potential clients from various sectors in different locations and generating business from them, thereby achieve business targets.
▫ Hand - in - Hand communication with finance department for payments and out standings

Operations:-
▫ Coordinating with the factory for dispatches from plant to port.
▫ Dealing with CHA and Shipping Companies.
▫ Arranging Pre Shipment Inspection of Cargo and Shipment
▫ Coordinating activities from shipment to realization
▫ Looking into the irregularities or delay in arrival and or dispatch of cargo

Must be Graduate in Any Specialization with MBA/PGDM - Marketing - Preferably.
Should have exposure of Sales & Marketing in Tanzania.
Candidates from any Aluminium or Steel Flat Product Manufacturing Company would be added advantages.
