Work Location- Any of the Experis Delivery Centers (Portland/Virginia/Michigan) or any of the client locations in USA.

Interview Process
Interview will start tentatively from November.
There will be 4-5 rounds of Internal Interviews (2+3 rounds will be from US, in any of the time zone. Candidate should be available anytime for the skype/ telephonic interview where it is mid-night or early morning as per US timing) . Skype Id is mandatorily required.
Last round of interview might be f2f.
After selection internally, Visa will be filed. In between the process of interviews with Experis clients will be conducted. The candidate will only resign from his current employer once he is selected by Client of Experis after his Visa is approved.
Please note if you are selected in our screening process, ManpowerGroup would be filing for your H1B visa (normal) by April, 2014. All expenses related to your visa filing would be taken care by ManpowerGroup and you would be expected to relocate to USA anywhere between October 2014 - March 2015.
We will Sponsor ONLY the candidate. However we will help in the documentation for the Visa processing of the dependents. Visa Expense need to be taken care by the candidate.
Passport Validity - Has to be 1+ years and Above
Once you are selected after all rounds, filling of H1B will be initiated. (You have to sign a agreement of 2 yrs of service period as we will be investing on you for H1B Visa documentation). This has to be done before filing the visa application.
Once you are selected, Experis will send a Conditional Offer Letter which will be tentatively by end of March ("Subject to Visa Approval" will be mentioned in that letter).
In case any candidate backs-out after the visa gets approved or filed, he need to pay back the amount of 4K to 5K US $ (This is only if candidate is not joining after visa processing / approval to recover the basic cost).
Background check will be conducted, so make sure all required documents of all the previous Organizations are in place.

Sr. .NET Developer
The Sr. .NET Developer designs and develops software. The role will require the developer to understand the business needs, translate the functional requirements into a technical design specification, code the solution and unit test and document the results. The developer must have experience with mission critical large scale web applications. The position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work closely with business analysts, system administrators and architects.
Prerequisites
Minimum of 7+ years of hands on programming experience in .NET
Possesses object oriented .NET skills with exposure and deep understanding of multiple Design Patterns such as (MVC MVVM, MVP)
Experience in designing applications frameworks or architectures
Experience in full life-cycle software development including AGILE
Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills
Basic Requirements
Strong Core .NET and Object Oriented Programming knowledge, including knowledge of of multiple design patterns (MVC,MVVM,MVP)
Experience with either Web Services or WCF
Experience with ASP.NET and Web Forms
Experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript
Experience with jQuery
Experience writing applications using AJAX
Experience with UI debugging and profiling tools
