Electrical Foreman for Qatar Petroleum (Qatar)

• Should have at least 8 years experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry or in a similar system / facility, as an electrical foreman. 
• Shall be responsible for supervising, planning and scheduling inspection and maintenance activities of electrical equipment and systems with responsibility for operation of different sub-stations for the FACILITY. 
• Shall be capable in electrical fault analysis with modern power electronic systems, electrical safety, maintenance work in the substations, electrical equipment and systems, routine operational checks on the substations and equipment and compilation of daily electrical reports. 
• Experience is required in numerical relay protection, transformer maintenance, MV and HV cable jointing and repair, vacuum breaker maintenance, MV motor maintenance and operation, switchboards, motors, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), thyristor rectifiers, and general plant electrical utilities, switching and operating experience on plant at 415V, 6.6kV. 
• The minimum qualification for the position is a diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent and with good computer literacy and expected to work in SAP system for job planning, work order management, work confirmation, history entry, report preparation in SAP (CMMS). 
• Candidates possessing multidiscipline (Electrical plus Instrumentation) maintenance skill will be preferred.
