Experience: 7 to 12 yrs.
Should appraise, formulate and manage contracts and tender documents based on scope, service, quality, price, geographical coverage.
Prepare bid forms and handle bidding process, analyzes bid results and make recommendations and awards. Performs spending analysis and total cost analyses (what is bought, where, at what unitary)?. Writes scope of work. Identify and develops appropriate sources of supply and maintains cooperative working relationships with vendors to stay current with trends.
Develops sourcing strategies. Score bids according to each evaluation criterion. Implements new supply structure. Designs and monitors key performance indicators. Resolves problems and issues arising from purchase of services, supplies and or equipments. Carries out contractor site visits.
Continuously improves the TOC. Ability to travel anywhere.
