We have an immediate opportunity for the position of Senior Web / Application server Support Specialist with our MNC client for Chennai, plus travel to UK & client sites.

Job Description:

Experience : 3+ years 
Location : Chennai, Plus travel to UK

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Solaris / Unix background
• Installation, configuration and supporting Apache, Sun JWS, Glassfish, Tomcat and JBoss
• Experience in Shell or other scripting languages
• General IT knowledge, networking, application configuration

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide support for production application and webserver platforms, incidents and events.
• Actioning service and change requests. 
• Dealing with clients technical contacts. 
• Project implementation work, from minor changes to complete upgrades. 
• Project definition work, advising on and testing proposed technologies.
