Job Responsibilities:- 

  • Online bill payments, travel booking, visa application
  • Handling EPBX
  • Managing and handling Incoming and outgoing register
  • Record keeping of statutory documents and branch stationary
  • Correspondence on behalf of Managing Director
  • Personal Secretary to Managing Director
  • Monitoring due dates of all company documents, passports, and visa.
  • Submission of Custom Documents (post receipt of imports)
  • Day to day administrative tasks of the branch
