Job Responsibilities: 
Key objective of the role Provide design and conceptualizing solutions for events and advertising

Job Profile The job requires constant interaction with the creative team members along with the copywriters, Production, Client Servicing, etc.

Events:

• Work in tandem with other teams like Production, Operations, and Client Servicing & Conceptualizes for churning out brilliant out of the box visual concepts
• To deliver creative design solutions on project basis for Events:
• Invite Design
• SET Design / Backdrop, Entrance, Theme Based Props
• Memento / Trophy
• Should be able to work independently from conceptualization to execution with minimum support/mentoring
• Designing the entire event and provide an end to end creative solution based on the creative brief
• Interact with clients to ensure clarity in client brief (whenever required)
• Ensuring that designs are applicable as per production standards
• Work in tandem with the Productions team for sizes & other entertainment options
• Take back-up of artwork in designated format and maintain the same
• Prepare MIS reports and KPIs
• Manage approval dates with vendor/customer to meet customer delivery requirements
• Ensure quality control for all aspects of the graphic application form design through to print
• Initiaties and leads pre-production meetings to include: design reviews, technical requirements, print constraints, and color requirements to insure customer design and production art meets requirements

Advertising:

• Should have knowledge of Uploading Advertisement
• To deliver creative design solutions on project basis for Advertising
• Newspaper Advertisements (Print Media)
• Outdoor Media (Hoardings, Bus Panels)
• Brochure / Poster / Dangler / Leaflet
• E-Mailer
• Ability to conceptualize, conceive and execute copy propositions and render them into advertisements
• Hands on experience in designing and visualizing posters, mailers, banners, brochures and other marketing material
• Will design logos and assist in roll-out of corporate identity plan
• Will develop layouts and make-up pages for company publications
• Overseeing and driving day to day design operation
• Work with conceptualize team to deliver designs within deadline
• Recommending improvements to tools and processes that will improve art quality, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve the overall quality and usability of our proprietary engine and tools
• Proficiency in both a Macintosh and a PC environment. Mac OSX, Illustrator CS, Acrobat, Photoshop, Art Works and MS Office, ERP system, Mail Servers, etc.
• Excellent task-management ability to self-manage and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Vendor Management:

• Co-ordinate with vendors to ensure artwork is printed / executed in the visualized format
• Execution of advertising and printing artworks. (Digital, Offset, Outdoor Prints)

Qualification:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Commercial Art
or
Degree / Diploma in Printing Technology


Experience required:

5 to 15 yrs of experience
