HR Manager for Muscat, Oman

Experience: 10 to 12 yrs.
Job Description :

- Experience in employee sourcing selection interview (subject to position) recruitment (assist in recruitment subject to position) induction termination repatriate;

- Lead a team to carry out  above.
- Periodical assessment (assist in assessment) of employees, appraisal setup and measure and appraise KPAs and KPIs recommend suitably;
- Assess & Schedule & conduct employee training, motivation sessions and counseling sessions;
- Help achieve Omanization needs;
Review, revise, setup & implement HR policy and procedures.

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Possess good HR values and Team friendly

Candidate profile :

Postgraduate with specialization in HR, professional qualification  from reputed / recognized institutions;
10+ years of work experience in manufacturing industries, of which the last 3 years as HR Manager having independently running the HR Department; Middle East experience an added advantage..Good soft skills and reporting skills.

Salary : Tax Free Omani Rial 1475 to 1750 per month + annual leave with air travel + annual gratuity.

Note : 
a. Candidate should possess valid passport with ECNR
b. Have sufficient Domestic / Official Clearance in relocating to Oman
c. In case selected should be in position to join in one month or shorter time and should not go back after accepting Job Offer Letter citing any reasons.
d. Interview will be held in Chennai and outstation candidates should be in a position to attend interview on their own for attending preliminary interview. Once selected, company will take charge of VISA and Flight tickets
