Quantity Surveyor for Seychelles

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.

Candidate will be responsible to manage all costs and procurement relating to building and civil engineering projects, from establishing the Bill of Quantities, procurement schedules, procurement, and monthly application for payment to the final account.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Measurement and Estimation of Construction Works.
Development of Cost Plans and Budgets.

Preparation of works sub-contract documents.
Building up of rates and prices analysis.
Preparation of Cost Reports.
Preparation of Final Accounts for Completed Projects.
Tendering and Preparation of Quotations.
Preparation of Contractual Claims & Variations.
Procurement of Materials.
Contractual Correspondence.
Preparation of Monthly Payment Application/Certificates.
Preparation & Updating the Programme of Works.
Monitoring the Progress and Cash flow of the Projects.
Preparation of Materials Procurement Schedule.
Attending Site Inspection & Progress Meetings.
Participating in Design and Value Engineering Forums.

Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with construction industry.

Should have experience in a Building & other civil engineering projects.

Should have experience in development of Cost Plans, Estimation and Budgets.

Must be ready to relocate at Mahe, Seychelles.
