Minimum Education -- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or Public Administration; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Must have experience in
1. Ability to designing and developing training & development policies which select, develop and retain the right staff needed to meet these objectives.
2. Designing the competency module and competency matrix for the organization.
3. Gap analysis on the competency matrix for the organization and suggest & arrange for training to fill the gap.
4. Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and the organization, in consultation with departmental heads, developing effective induction programs, training assessment methods and measurement systems entailed.
5. Responsible for Training content development; design training material necessary to meet and regularly update training needs with the support of internal and/or external provider(s).
