Urgently required SAFETY ENGINEER (PETROCHEMICAL)For SAUDI ARABIA.

JOB PROFILE:-

• To ensure proper functioning of ISO 9001(Quality Management System), implemented ISO 14001(Environmental Management System), OHSAS 18001 / OSHA & ANSI Standards.

• Develop schedule and conduct / refresher programs for operations and maintenance personal including the emergency response plan work permit safety scanning accident /incident / near miss respiratory protection.

• Conduct and Participate in COMPANY safety audits for contractor and sub contractor.

• Review the contract documents for each Contraction package in respect of safety requirements and procedures and advise the project manager of any deficiency.

• Review and comment to the project Manager, on site safety origInation and key personal CV's as submitted by the contractor.

• Review the safety procedures as submitted by the contractors and ensure implementation is in compliance with contractor requirements.

• Review the inspection, Test, Plan as submitted by the contractors and ensure compliance with safety requirements.

• Ensure all activities on site are in compliance with safety procedure in respect of the format signed off by contractors safety Engineer / Officer.

• Ensure contractors safety staffs are adequate on site and report to the project manager in case of shortfall.

• Review the contractors safety records, documents to ensure major construction equipment is maintained regularly.

• Ensure contractor safety training for site laborers is regularly maintained.

• Ensure contractors laborers on site are following safety procedures and report to project manager in case of deficiency.

• Closely monitor site activities, on daily basis, issuing non-compliance and submit reports to the project manager.

• Participate in weekly safety minutes of meeting and monthly executive meetings.

• Coordinating with Company senior engineer to ensure that HSE policy is implemented by contractors.

• CANDIDATES MUST HAVE MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF PETROCHEMICAL PLANT / CONSTRUCTION PROJECT (ROAD, BRIDGE, DAM) / BUILDING CONSTRUCTION OR IN RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
• HE SHOULD BE HOLDING A ENGINEERING DEGREE 
• HE SHOULD BE AWS & CSWIP CERTIFIED
• HAVING GULF EXPERIENCE EXPERIENCE WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE
• HE SHOULD HAVE A VALID PASSPORT WITH MIN 1YEAR
