Chefs and Catering Supervisors for Saudi Arabia

Chefs 

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs.

Urgently required for a leading Operation & Maintenance Company for their Catering Division in Saudi Arabia. 

-Certificate or Diploma.
-Candidate preferably worked in any GCC country and having 3 to 5 years experience in a major catering company as chef for the large number of camp residents kitchen.
-Experience in industrial catering operations having professional knowledge of cooking different continental and Asian cuisines for different nationality menus. 
-Proficient in all aspects of food preparation and food safety procedures.

Catering Supervisors

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs.

-Diploma from Catering College.

-Candidate preferably worked in any GCC country and having 3 to 5 years experience in industrial catering as supervisor for handling the industrial catering operations for the large compound with deferent nationalities.
-Experience for handling industrial catering operations and also knowledge of preparing menu for different nationalities, hygiene and food safety procedure. 
-Knowledge of HACCP implementation.
