1. Understanding organization with regards to the existing business activities, organization structure, work culture and future growth plans.
2. Preparing a search plan and drawing up a comprehensive list of target organizations (competitors) along-with 'out-of-box' ideas.
3. Understand the profile to be recruited
4. Source applications from job portals, networking sites and internal and external references
5. Comprehend the applicants' current profile and shortlist the same as per the requirement.
6. Scheduling interviews and confirmations of the same via dept and candidate.
7. Identifying potential and relevant candidates and initiating discussions with them.
8. Assessing the candidates on functional competencies and personality aspects in accordance with the mandate.
9. Conveying and convincing the candidates how the mandate being offered would benefit his career progression path.

10.Develop and strategize PMS processes that would assist the top management in terms of quarterly and yearly performance appraisals.
