Position: Senior / Junior Health Information System Functional Specialist.
JD:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 
A person with Medical Background [Physician, Pharmacist, Nurse, LAB staff, Radiographer & IT background.
1. Familiar with different Medical Terminology as [Specialties, Disease, Medication, procedures] 
2. Worked on HIS [Hospital Information System] before or in health care field
3. Preferable if Familiar with below mentioned concepts:

• EMR Enterprise Medical Record
• RIS Radiology Information System
• LIS Laboratory Information System
• PACS Picture Archiving Central System.
• HL7 as interface languages between different medical equipment.

4. Expert in using windows OS & Office 
5. candidate will be expected to participate actively in the system maintenance and support
6. Need to work closely with users to gather requirements, perform 1st level system maintenance and support as well as service Users' change requests.

• Good team-player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills 
• Can Administrate & ensuring continuous operation of the system
• Assisting the users in generating the required reports
• Assisting hardware engineer in resolving System relate issues
• Provide advice & information to users on system function
• Able to Gather information from all hospital resources & set the Work flow for patient parallel to system.
• Able to give training to hospital staff including [Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists, Lab Tech, Public Relation, Medical Records, ect.] 
• Find best solution to match the medical staff requirement with applications

Monitoring the software, solving any software problems & bugs if possible & report data base problems.

Qualification and Skills:

• University degree holder preferably in Biomedical, 
• ITIL Foundation V3 training and certification (preferred).
• Has an experience or training, in Cerner or Meditech (preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 4 year experience for Junior positions.
• Minimum 7 year experience for Senior positions.

Position : SRA Techno - Functional Consultant (SolArc Rightangle) based in Kuwait.
JD:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Liaison with client stakeholders to understand the problem statements.
• Technical Design and Build of Interfaces, Reports, Output Documents, and other technical deliverables
• Support of Integration, System, and User Acceptance Test Planning and Testing
• Post Go-Live Support of Client user community
• Conduct client workshops to translate business requirements into system design. 
• Conduct technical feasibility and validate solution options. 
• Perform code reviews of deliverables. 
• Business process design and implementation
• Build competencies and manage knowledge for SolArc RightAngle products.
• Significant work experience within energy trading and Oil Marketing.
• Solid understanding of the energy/commodity industry end-to-end, crude oil, refined products.
• Solid experience in physical trading and financial trading is a plus.
• Solid understanding of the business concepts and capabilities of the SolArc RightAngle. 
• Significant work experience with configuration, product customization and support with SolArc RightAngle as well as business processes, functional designs and requirements for a SolArc RightAngle implementation or upgrade. 
• Experience in consulting role or similar client-facing role preferred. 
• Good understanding of the full software development life cycle.
• Development experiences with .NET and scripting languages. 
• Development experience with PowerBuilder and SolArc RightAngle .
• Good experience in integrating SolArc RightAngle with oracle .
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral)

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (IT / MIS / CS / BA etc)

EXPERIENCE:

• Strong work experience of SRA Min 4 years - having worked on at least one implementation with extensive configuration experience across the deal lifecycle (Crude Oil & Products) on SRA including Sales & Scheduling
