> Plan, organize, direct and control the production activities.
>Ensure that the production of meals is in accordance with SACC standards.
>Supervise / prepare food products in accordance with customers demand for food presentation, suggestion and development.
All Applicants should have 5 to 6 yrs overall experience in similar profile and should have degree / diploma in Hotel Management or Catering Background
with min 4 yrs of relevant experience
* preference for gulf experienced candidates
