Asst Manager / Manager - Procurement & Sourcing for Dubai

1. Strategic Procurement, rate negotiations and contacts management for watches and accessories
2. New Supplier Identification and evaluation of their products for parameters of fashion, design, pricing, etc.
3. Provide feedback to vendors and own factory personnel based in the Far East for developing / enhancing and supplying their range of watches to suit current market fashion and designs.
4. Prepare MIS reports for closely monitoring sales and stock inventory at warehouse and shops
5. Build and strengthen relationships with existing overseas suppliers and own factory personnel.
6. Participate on sales forecasting of various brands and models based on historical data, marketing initiatives and other influencing factors.
7. Provide fast moving and slow moving SKU analysis to initiate appropriate actions like discounting / consumer promotions.
8. Ensure availability of stocks at all the 30 Kiosks / Stores located in the UAE to achieve their regular and seasonal targets.
9. Follow up with suppliers, shipping lines and clearing agents until receipt of the goods.
10. Participate in Fairs and exhibitions to identify new brands and suppliers and maximize sales.

Applicants should be aged around 32 years preferably with an MBA and 5 to 8 years work experience in the procurement and international sourcing of watches or fashion / luxury products including apparel / garments. Experience with dealing with vendors from the Far East and participating in international exhibitions would be advantageous.
