- Key Tasks and Duties:
Reading, monitoring and responding to the Manager's email, answering calls
and handling queries, liaising with staff, clients, etc.,
Preparing correspondence and commissioning work on the Manager's
behalf.
Managing the Manager's electronic diary, booking meetings, organising
travel and preparing complex travel itineraries, writing minutes, taking
dictation, preparing presentations, preparing papers for meetings, typing
documents etc.
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
Must possess procedural or systematic proficiency and undertake simple
tasks and follow instructions.
