Human Resource manager for an industrial Automation Company.
To maintain and enhance the Groups human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Reporting to: Managing Director
Job Description:
Recruiting, testing, conducting interviews and staffing;
Organizational departmental planning;
Performance management and improvement systems;
Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees;
Employment visa processes
Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
Policy development and documentation;
Employee relations;
Payroll Process
Compensation and benefits administration;
Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
To maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
To conduct orientation and training programs.
To maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
To hear and resolve employee grievances; counseling employees
To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
