To take care of operations of the entire project site at M/s Aadicon Biotechnologies Ltd, Mauritius to ensure that production of bio-fertilizers/semen is achieved as per plan with least cost and higher productivity. 


Desired Profile
• Achieving daily production targets for semen, bio-fertilizers and plantation
• Production of semen and bio-fertilizers at optimum capacity & ensure higher production with reduced cost as per targets
• Regulatory and statutory requirements as per Mauritian laws & adherence to calendar of activities with utmost care on quality
• Cost controls and expenses management, Labour and man power management
• Timely dealing with banks and statutory bodies
• Adherence to activity-time calendar exactly per agreed business execution plan 
• Ensure up-keep and maintenance of the project site in all respects
• Ship products on time to customers in different countries as per the order flow & Revenue generation from on-the site activities like flowers, milk, etc
• Adherence to short and medium term business plan targets
• Streamline and turn-around of the project site with focus on accountability and cost controls
