Database Administrator 

Exp: 2 - 8 yrs.

1. Support Database Servers systems with Oracle for banking applications.
2. Hands-on experience with Installation, configuration and Administration.
3. Supporting Databases for Banking Applications
4. Troubleshooting for connectivity issues, Database issues

IT- Desktop Support

Exp: 2 - 8 yrs.

• Single Point of Contact for Desktop Support and TechnicalIT related issues.
• Onsite /Remotely Trouble shoot all kinds of issues related to IT at the Branches level.
• Installation/Configuration of desktop/laptop/printer scanner, hardware/Software with all OS and client related.
• Update status and provide alternative solutions to the users.
• Service Support for the installation and roll out the new application at the branches and support at the user level.
• Providing support for the IMDs application all the branches.
• Basic support to the branch user on Omni scan /ECC application.
• Basic to log and close the task through Helpdesk tool.
• Ensure that the calls logged are resolved within SLA and provide status to the users.
