Any Nationality
• To develop and draw curtain wall details from Architect’s and engineering drawings for the client approval.
• To draw/check production drawings.
• To do/check material “take-off” of all materials required for the project.
• Issue all production drawings/information to factory.
• To liaise with the Production and Quality Control Managers, to ensure that schedules are on time and that quality specifications are being adhered to.
• Issue all construction drawings to Project team and sub-contractor.
• To maintain proper filing record of drawing transmittal and project correspondence.
• To organize “As-Built” shop drawing for submission.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Technical Manager / Design Manager
Responsible to develop the initial “design intent” into the proper working design once the project is awarded. This is to be done to suit Architectural drawings, job specification, engineers’ calculation and tender requirement and in conjunction with Design Manager or Design Team Leader.
