HR Generalist for Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre, Oman

Any Nationality

Exp: 3 - 8 yrs.

This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance.

Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
Assist in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Web site, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks. 
Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.

3 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource
Knowledge of office administration procedures.
Knowledge of HR tasks and procedures
