• Oversees the development and implementation of organisation wide performance appraisal program including probation evaluation process
• Oversees the development and implementation of performance competencies, core values, and key performance measures into performance appraisal system.
• Tracks and reports progress on probation and annual performance management cycle for each employee and department
• Develops and conducts presentations and training to all levels of staff on the performance appraisal system and policies
• Assist with developing and implementing performance improvement plans
• Manage escalations and issue resolution related to performance management
• Implementing the employee rewards and recognition program, policies and events
• Conducts Job study and drafts of job descriptions and relevant competencies for each role
• Conducts assessments and gap analysis on employee skills and training.
• Assesses various staffing needs to determine methods to address current and future conditions, including retention management, realignment and career development.
• Assists with developing training plans, identifying educational opportunities for employee development.
• May assist with change management initiatives by conducting readiness assessments, job-impact analysis, and skill and capability assessments.
