HR Manager for Oman

Any Arabic National

He will be managing a team of 3-5 PRO and officers, responsible for:

- General HR Administration
- Processing residency visas
- Employee relations
- Procedures (policies in order or local legal requirements)
- Compensation / benefits
- Report and publish HR dashboard reports
- Recruitment and selection role
- Point of contact to the employees for issues to Medical Insurance
- Ensure the payroll procedure (completed on time) and execution
- induction of new employees (initiating onboard process for new hires), developing offer letters,...
- Terminations and resignations
- Ensure smooth functioning of Government Relations department and right implementation of country labor regulations. 

He will report to the CEO and will work close to the Finance Manager and Camp Manager.

- University Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Managment or closely related field 
- At least 7 years experience as Construction HR Manager in Middle East.
- Experience running employee relations for blue collar workers 
- Expert in Omani Labour law
- Excellent Communication skills
- Must be fluent in both Arabic and English
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications
