Nationality: Any Arabic National, Any European National, Any Anglophone National, Indian

- Experienced in Concrete Batching Plant
- Must have Quality Management Control or Inspection Certificate
- Must have knowledge in CSA A23/1 & CSA A23/2
- Knowledgeable in Concreting, Concrete Placement, Curing & Finishing
- Has knowledge in Cold Concrete, Pre-pour inspection, Re-bar installation & erection

Civil Site Inspectors (Transmission Pipelines & Pumping Stations)
Exp: 10 - 15 yrs.
Nationality: Indian, Filipino
- Monitors and inspects a variety of facility construction projects and installations to ensure compliance with project documents,
- Maintains project documentation through scheduled status reports, charts and progress of contract schedules; records and maintains record information on project drawings; incorporates change-orders; creates punchlists; submits and reviews monthly pay estimate quantities; maintains startup and checkout lists.
- Performs preliminary review of assigned projects to identify potential problems and recommend alternative solutions; records existing site conditions; attends pre-construction and in-house design review meetings.
- Reviews and examines materials delivered to the site for installation to verify their conformance to specifications and submittals; performs and documents, using standard applicable testing procedures and forms, inspections of compliance and suitability of materials for installation and application; conducts concrete slump and soil compaction tests, paint mil thickness tests and other tests, as required.
- Performs necessary field inspections to monitor, evaluate and document construction progress including repairs made to Authority facilities; ensures construction conforms to specifications, drawings and other contract requirements; conducts final inspections and walk-throughs.
- Must have experience in Water reservoirs, Pipelines & Pumping Stations
- Must have experience working in ductile pipes and other pipes ranging from 1200 mm dia. to 2000 mm dia.
- Must have at least 10 years experience
Site Manager (Transmission Pipeline works & Pumping stations)
Exp: 10 - 15 yrs.
Any Arabic National
- Support for the establishment and implementation of safety program for all site personnel and review the adherence of Contractors and all other parties
- Participate in the adaptation of QA/QC system to ensure total quality throughout different project stages and implementing the Project schedule and maintaining the budget limits.
- Review of construction drawing and other relevant documents
- Implement close out procedure for verification of completeness of all project components
- Preparation of punch list
- Prepare regular progress reports
- Conducts regular site visits
- Must have at least 10 years experience in transmission pipeline works, pumping stations, water reservoir
- Should have Civil or Mechanical Engineering Degree
