Senior Architect Engineer
A Saudi based Consulting Engineering firm (ARE) is in need of professional staff to join a project to supervise the construction of a new Medical City in Dammam, KSA.
This is a five year project consisting of a 1,500 bed hospital with staff housing, a community, recreation centre and Hospice.
• Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering
• Minimum 10 years experience
• Large hospital project experience (greater than +400 beds)
• LEED certification and BIM Experience
Mechanical Engineer
He should have experience of working in an industrial or any large infrastructure projects including design & development, site supervision, site investigation, etc. Well-versed in design standards, specifications, codes (preferably American & British Standards) and calculations. Must be well-versed in using design software programs like Elite, HAP, and other mechanical design programs for HVAC, Pipe Design and Fire Fighting Systems, and must have knowledge in MS Office and other computer programs.

Requirement -
He should have experience of working in an industrial or any large infrastructure projects including design & development, site supervision, site investigation, etc. Well-versed in design standards, specifications, codes (preferably American & British Standards) and calculations. Must be well-versed in using design software programs like ETAP, etc. and other electrical design programs for lighting with knowledge in MS Office and other computer programs.
