Walkin Interview Schedule for Purchase Executive in Al Naba, Oman

Exp: 8 - 12 yrs

1. Coordinate with internal teams, business divisions and suppliers and collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to procure materials, goods, services and supplies.
2. In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules through the ERP system.
3. Ensure that any invoices are sent to Accounts for payment
4. Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors if any.
5. Assists in internal and external ISO, quality and finance audits
6. Supplier management and audits
7. Ensure all purchasing criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectations
8. Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies and assist in process improvement tools to cater to highest level of customer satisfaction
9. Timely reporting and undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
10. Complying with company policies and procedures and promoting best practices whilst working.
