Experience: 4 - 6 yrs
Proven knowledge and practical experience in undertaking complex systems analysis of existing PHU applications (Oracle forms, reports, PLSQL; Unix).
Proven ability to rapidly embrace and employ alternative software development technologies eg Java, JSP/JSF and Oracles ADF framework or C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, XML, HTML and server-side/client-side scripting for web development.
Proven knowledge and practical experience in design, development, testing, deployment and support of applications on top of the Oracle 10g Sun Solaris10 technology stacks
Proven knowledge and practical experience in relational databases preferably Oracle 10g.
Proven knowledge and practical experience in at a senior level of Oracle applications development utilising:
o Oracle Developer Suite 10g (PLSQL inclusive)
o Sun Solaris 10.
Proven knowledge and practical experience in accurately estimating application development tasks and proactively managing own work load to meet agreed time frames, budgets and priorities
Excellent communication skills, including good technical writing skills, negotiation and problem analysis skills.
Commitment to producing high quality and to lead continuous improvement of work practices, exemplified by a thorough, disciplined and professional approach to team based work.
Availability to commence work within two weeks of notification.
