- To handle all 1st level support calls on daily operations
- To support and monitor existing infrastructure, perform preventative maintenance work, and perform other regular support activities to ensure effectiveness and to provide cover on such tasks
- 1. IT Bachelor Degree or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years' experience in service desk support
3. MCITP certificate
4. Very good knowledge in Microsoft platform (WIN 7, WIN 8, Office 2010,2013, 365)
