IT Service Desk Support Engineer for Oman

    To handle all 1st level support calls on daily operations
    To support and monitor existing infrastructure, perform preventative maintenance work, and perform other regular support activities to ensure effectiveness and to provide cover on such tasks
      1. IT Bachelor Degree or equivalent
      2. Minimum 3 years' experience in service desk support
      3. MCITP certificate
      4. Very good knowledge in Microsoft platform (WIN 7, WIN 8, Office 2010,2013, 365)
