Marketing and Sales Engineers for Oman

    1. Minimum Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Ele/Mech)
    2. Minimum 3 -  5 years experience in Marketing and sales of Oil and Gas products such as Pipes, fittings, Lighting, Tubes, Fired Heaters, Cables, Heat exchangers, etc.
    3. Preferable GCC experience of at least 2 years 
    4. Should have good communication skills and deft skills on collecting delicate / intelligence information from Clients with integrity & professionalism without unethical means while maintaining good rapport with Client
    5. Should meet Various Clients on everyday basis to collect information on Projects, Competitor intelligence, Client background and Prospects for Sales in various products
    6. Should have basic Knowledge on differentiating between products on technical aspects and should be able to communicate in technical terms with Client and Supplier, wherever necessary
    7. Capable of Preparing daily visit reports and weekly sales reports to illustrate work performed every week. This should be performed simultaneously with Daily sales activities and order execution activities
    8. Responsible for all activities starting from Meeting Clients to get information on future projects, Supporting Client during budgeting stage in order to receive good impression with Client and have advance information on upcoming enquiries, Receiving enquiry from Client, preparing quotation, following up with Client for negotiations to receive order, Receive Market intelligence on competitors and maintain database of MIS, Receive Orders, Acknowledge orders, Coordinate with Suppliers by placing back-to-back orders, Follow up with Sub vendors for Timely and quality Order execution, Coordinate for order management and simultaneously coordinate with Client to ensure that all Clients requirements are met, Coordinate with Logistics teams to deliver products on time with good quality, Manage invoicing while coordinating with Finance team and Receive Feedback from Client on Order execution.
    9. Maintain good relationship with suppliers and Client equally to ensure smooth execution of sales orders
    10. Manage sales order execution by preparing and submitting reports to Clients as required in contracts management
    11. Must work as per Company requirements to achieve sales targets and must work overtime (if required) in order to achieve Companys Performance Objectives 
    12. Remuneration and perks will be rewarded by Company as per Employees performance on achieving targets and efforts put towards developing business relationships with Clients, based on daily reports, weekly reports and monthly performance in terms of marketing and sales.
