Admin Assistant for Oman

    1. Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing,scanning,faxing and copying to management .
    2. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
    3. Perform data entry and scan documents.
    4. Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
    5. Maintain office supplies for department.
      1. Two plus years of hand on administrative support experience.
      2. Proficiency In Ms Word,MS Excel ,and MS Outlook.
      3. Experience in construction Company would be an added advantage .
      4. Good communication skills - Written and verbal .
      5. Must have a pleasing personality & Should be able to gel properly with Co _workers &  Colleagues.
