HSE Officer for Qatar

1.Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety. 
2.To assist in developing and implementing an effective safety, hazard control and BBS work system 
3.To assist in coordinating Training to the Site Team members. 
4.To investigate, analyze and prepare accidents report/s and sent to HOD. 
5.To organize / conduct site safety committee meetings from time to time 
6.To Monitor & evaluate safety program & make recommendations for improvements 
7.To ensure BBS safety work system newly workers with good quality of PPE 
8.To Document for safety monthly inspection Record. 
9.To create safety awareness through Induction, PPE talks, safety induction training to newly Staff, visitor or engaged laborers on site 
10.To carry out site safety inspection of building & construction work area
11.To Responsible for safe operations during major fabrication, erection and civil works. 
12.To make Scaffolds and Erection of Scaffold and all safety precaution of height work. 
13.To create safety mock drill, medical emergency in quarterly. 
14.To carry out job safety analysis of selected activities 
15.To ensure good housekeeping at project sites 
16.To be responsible for safety inspection in compliance with statutory rules & regulations 
17.To ensuring statutory compliances post accidents

18.Should be full time Graduate + Diploma in fire & Safety + NEBOSH IGC 3(Full time) 
19.Should be ready to relocate to Qatar
20. Should have valid passport
