    HSE Officer

    Qualifications 
    • Any Graduate Degree / Diploma from a recognized university; and 
    • NEBOSH Certification 

  • Experience: A dynamic senior Health, Safety, and Environment Professional with through knowledge and  5 to 10 years experience in all managing all facets of HSE work in Onshore Oil & Gas projects (Pipeline / Drilling/Construction), Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, Projects & Operations. Should be proficient in English, and Computer literate, with knowledge of HSE softwares.

    Age: 25  to 35 Yrs.

    Skill-sets Required: 
    Should be competent with thorough professional knowledge in HSE, especially the following:
    • Should be international standards, codes, and regulations / legislation for Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE), OHSAS, BIS, AS/NZ etc.

    Role & Responsibilities
    • Responsible for overall site HSE activities and programs; and ensuring safe working conditions at the assigned site/area.
    • Development of HSE Plan, JHA /Safety Procedures and Formats
    • HSE inspection and recommendation to contractors for necessary Safety measures.
    • Inspection of radiography activities, Hydro testing, Pneumatic testing and Stress relieving work. 
    • Inspection of Crane, Lifting tools & tackles, Electrical System, Scaffolding, PPE's, etc.
    • Inspection of different types of scaffolding and issuing Scaftag.
    • Conducting weekly / Monthly Safety committee meeting with contractors and staff.
    • HSE audits of Contractor's working system & conducting Tool box Meeting, and onsite training.
    • Conduction of Training and awareness program for Workers, Supervisor and Engineers, and contractors. 
    • Responsible for firefighting system at site.
    • Responsible for firefighting system, Tagout / Lockout system .at site
    • Accident investigation and reporting & maintaining records and analysis of accident statistics. 
    • Follow the Permit to Work system.
    • Regular reporting to Client, HSE Manager/Engineer, and Head Project on all HSE / OHAS matters.

    HSE Engineer
      Qualifications 
      • Engineering Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
      • NEBOSH Certification - "International General Certificate Course (IGC) from NEBOSH preferred
      • A "Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety Management" would be desirable 

      Experience: A dynamic senior Health, Safety, and Environment Professional with through knowledge and  7 to 12 years experience in all managing all facets of HSE work in Onshore Oil & Gas projects (Pipeline / Drilling/Construction), Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, Projects & Operations. Should be proficient in English, and Computer literate, with knowledge of HSE softwares.

      Age: 28  to 38 Yrs. 

      Salary: Based on Merit & Current Salary

      • Formulation, Implementation and ensuring of "Permit to Work" in place as per OISD Norms; and ensure that it is followed properly.
      • Conducting regular HSE meeting and onsite training program for contractors and site employees / workers.
      • Analyze risk for various critical activities and suggesting recommendations. 
      • Conduct audits of over all activities with regards to OHSAS and its recommendations.
      • Inspection of Crane, Lifting tools & tackles, Electrical System, PPE's, Scaffolding; and issuing Scaftag.
      • Auditing and inspection of all hazardous activities and reporting.

      • Investigation of all incident / accident and suggesting management for implementation. 
      • Liaise, prepare, and ensure satisfactory audits of HSE/Safety/ OHSAS by independent inspection agencies and bodies like/ BV (Bureau Verities)
      • Participated in meeting / seminars with consultants and contractors.
      • Regular reporting to Client, Head Project, and Corporate HSE Head on all HSE / OHAS matters.

      HSE Manager

            • Facilitate site management in deriving and analyzing leading & lagging safety matrices on safety performance and actively participated in deriving the action plans for the improvement. Assisting Project Head & Other Dept. on HSE issues; and advising Engineers / Supervisors in HSE issues and providing Training in regards to HSE. 
            • Planning, formulating and controlling of HSE system (Inspection, audit, HSE Meeting etc.,); and Setting safety targets, planned to enhance safety performance. 
            • Implementation of project/construction HSE systems and overall HSE procedures of the company. 
            • Identify the project specific HSE need of statutory bodies, formulate & implement of plan for compliance. .
            • Selection of contractors through pre-qualification assessments and participation in kick off meetings.
            • Monitoring of contractor's activities through scheduling monthly audits and inspections and conducting with the Project Consultants and Contractors management. 
            • Preparation & implementation of risk assessments, monitoring & controlling the work permit system.
            • Identifying needs, planning, preparing, coordinating, and conducting various safety / HSE training and awareness programs.
            • Carrying out incident / accident investigations, suggesting recommendations actions, follow for close out, and ensuring compliance
            • Carrying out HSE Awareness and motivational programs.
            • Reviewing contractor's documents (HSE Plan, JSA, Work procedures) and reports ensuring in line with the company standards.
            • Conducting HSE performance evaluation for various contractors' accordance to J3 HSE Targets.
            • Conducting the company's management meetings, and the site committee meeting including preparation of agenda and minutes. 
            • Assisting in external audits, follow up for compliance of identified deficiencies.
            • Auditing to all 3rd parties HSE audits; and participating in audit with client and consultant ( External HSE Advisor and auditor for project).
            • Generating non conformity reports of unsafe act/condition of contractors through Action Tracking System.
            • Facilitating the companys safety observation program (SOP) during site visit.
            • Reporting to clients, BU Head (HSE) and Project Head.
            • Maintaining & analyzing HSE data and reporting to Project coordinator and Corporate HSE Head.
            • Organizing meetings & presentation to disseminate statutory bodies HSE requirements within the owners, contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers organization.
            • Reviewing Site HSE System; Approving the safety training plan; Monitoring, reviewing & reviewing safety performance statistics; identifying trends and areas requiring more attention for risk reduction and initiates actions for improvement
