-Develop written procedures for QA/QC
-Perform needed tests on site & in the laboratory to ensure conformity of material 
-Supervise construction works 
-Review of the bidding documents, Bill of Quantities& contract documents
-Assess work activities

-Min.5 Yrs of relevant exp in projects related to roads & buildings construction
-Fluent in spoken & written English
-Ability to live in remote & harsh environments
-Previous exp. in post-conflict countries will be an asset
