Project Manager:

Should be B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 15-20 years of experience in Pipeline/ Flow line and Well head projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Should have Independently handled Engineering, Procurement & construction of Pipeline/ Flow line and Well head projects.

Accountable for completion of project within the approved time frame/budget and quality and ensuring profitability of the project.

Responsibilities for day to day client Management and coordinate with vendors and Subcontractors.

Co-ordiante with support service departments to ensure timely delivery of required resources.

Ensure quality  and safety parameters being implemented at site as per the client/Company standards.

Must have handled independently major EPC/Multi-discipline Pipeline Construction Projects valued above US $ 50 Million.

Candidate worked with Major Construction/EPIC companies and having sound exposure on Oil & Gas Pipeline Construction in Brown Field nature would be given preference

Procurement Engineer

Candidate should be BE (Mechanical) with 5-7 years experience 

Monitoring and coordinating engineering, construction, procurement

Proposal Manager:

Qualification:  Mechanical Engineering Graduate with 15 - 20 years experience in multi discipline Power and  Oil and Gas EPC and Construction Projects  Estimation and proposal preparation

Minimum 3  years  experience in Gulf countries

Functional Knowledge of Engineering, procurement and construction activities and coordination for required information.

Through knowledge of Multi discipline planning and scheduling, construction practices and productivity norms

Independently define, schedule, and manage the proposal process

Ability to understand and analyze the details of RFP

Able to deal with complex issues comfortably and manage deadlines

Energetic about challenges, self-motivated and able to focus on long term objectives and push for results

Ability to communicate all issues and solutions clearly and concisely

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including a clear and concise drafting style

Contracts Manager:

Minimum Requirement:

-University degree in Engineering or Business Administration or Law.
-Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas related development projects, Power projects on EPC basis, Construction contracts in Oil &Gas.
-Experience in large EPC / EPCM Projects or Service contracts is mandatory.

Scope:
-Leads all activities related to contractual, legal, commercial and insurance issues related to contracts with clients including the drafting of contracts and generation of variation orders to maximize profits.
-Review the pre-award tender terms and conditions, to identify and mitigate commercial risk of the contract.

Primary Duties:
-Lead and supervise all activities related to contractual, legal, commercial and insurance issues related to company business, contracts with clients, joint ventures and other partnering agreements.

-Supervise and direct Sr. QS/QS / Contract Engineers / Contracts Administrators functions on projects.

HSE Manager: 

Candidate should be Degree in a relevant discipline, NEBOSH Certificate or an equivalent Safety Management course / Diploma and Training in OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 management system standards; preferably with Lead Auditor certification with 15 Yrs experience in construction / maintenance of oil and gas facilities of which at least 6 years in HSE Management. Professional membership in IOSH, IIRSM, etc., is an added advantage.

Quantity Surveyor (Mech) :

BE (MECH.) with around 8-10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas/Power construction companies of which at least 2-4 years in GCC. He will be based in Project Site on single status.

Mechanical Design Engineer 

BE (Mechanical) with 12-15 years’ experience in design and engineering of combined cycle power project main plant equipment GTG (GE Make) , HRSG and STG from engineering consultancy or Engineering department of EPC companies for other power projects

Sr. QC Engineer : 

Should have Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years experience in QA/QC field related to EPC projects in Middle East. Should be able to manage multi disciplined projects in Oil & Gas industry.

Trained ISO 9001 Lead Assessor / Internal Auditor.

Candidates having Certified Welding / Painting Inspection qualification will be preferred.

Experience in GRE/GRV piping will also be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and co-ordinate Quality-related activities on projects during various phases.Â
  Develop and tailor to individual project needs Quality Management Requirements in.
• Review and comment on all inspection reports and/or certificates submitted by third party agencies, or vendors. Prepare detailed inspection reports on quality and discrepancies. Assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Perform Quality Management evaluation of Contractors and Vendors by assessment, visits or bid evaluation.
• Supervise and approve the development of Contractor and Consultant Project Quality Planning, ensuring that project systems and related procedures preventively address the Assurance of Quality in Design, Procurement and Construction.
• Lead and co-ordinate the development and application of Criticality Assessment criteria and Project Quality Programs.
• Ensure that the approved Quality systems and Plans are fully implemented and effective by regular surveillance, participating in Contractor audits and performing individual system compliance audits.

Electrical Engineer : 

Candidate should be Graduate in Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years experience in monitoring and coordinating engineering, construction, procurement, testing and commissioning of turnkey jobs.  Must have experience in Oil & Gas/ Refinery/ Petrochemical field.

Civil Engineer

Should be BE or B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 10 - 15 years experience in civil work related to Desalination Plant/ Power Plant, Substation Building, Equipment Foundations and Oil & Gas related Civil work.

Mechanical Engineer

Should have Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 8 - 10 years  experience in the relevant field especially in construction of pipelines/ flow line.

Estimation Manager - Mechanical: 

Candidate should be Degree in  Mechanical Engineering with 12-15 years’ experience in Estimation and costing of EPC/ LSTK construction Projects in Oil & Gas & Power projects of which at least 3-5 years in GCC. He will be based in Head Office on Family status

Sr. Planning & Control Engineer:

Candidates should be B. Tech / BE in Engineering with 8-10 years’ experience in Project Planning and control scheduling with knowledge in Primavera – P6 /MS Project to attend clients meeting.

To assist the Project Manager to complete the project on time and within the approved budget ; design and set-up the most suitable and effective control organization on the project to meet these objectives in compliance with the contract specifications. To provide Project Control support to Proposals & Projects Planning, scheduling, monitoring and control of the project on a continuous basis through work schedules, progress measurement and reporting systems

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Controls Manager Leads project controls team on the most complex and highest risk projects.

Hands-on Experience on Primavera, Knowledge of Financial management with good understanding of Budget and Costing 

Should have ability to prepare detail planning schedules using software packages such as Primavera (P6).

Construction Manager: 

Candidate should be Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 20 years  relevant experience  in the Oil & Gas/Refinery projects, of which at least 5 years as Construction Manager  of a project worth over US $ 60 million. Minimum of 3-5 years of GCC experience is must.  Major experience should be with contracting/construction companies involved in the implementation of Oil & Gas/Refinery projects.
