- Job Description:
To implement the operation & maintenance activities for the preventive maintenance Breakdowns , Customer complaints resolution activities to ensure smooth running of network with desired network uptime on time rollouts and better network quality.-To work on maintaining the 99.95% Network Availability-Commissioning and integrating New sites in time to give good coverage-To carry out the activities for the network rollout-To maintain the Opex control as per the budget-Maintaining media details to rectify any call drop/disturbance. Operation and Maintenance of BTS, BSC and Transmission Equipments.
Integration of New Site as per Customer Requirement.
Rectification of Network Faults within SLA.
Configuring Ethernet Services including DCN Implementation, VLAN configuration, QOS Implementation, Integrating iPasolink Network with PTN Nodes and Testing E2E Media from site to BSC.
Daily reports of Network Emergency Reports, Outage Reports, Weekly PM Checklists, Faulty Equipment Report, Weak Battery Report, Civil Work condition Report.
Qualifications: B.Tech
