Rigger Chargehand

Must have worked as Charge-hand and have good track record working on large projects with good safety records.
Good knowledge in all aspects of heavy lifting including heavy plant Re Bar, Formwork and large pre cast units.
Identify Rigging materials and their applications.
Be able to read rigging hardware tags, interpret capacity charts for rigging hardware. Familiar with the different and correct slinging techniques.
Know the correct hand signals.

Be able to determine the weights center of gravity and characteristics of a load.
Understand stability parameter of the lift load.
Able to inspect rigging hardware.
Basic understanding of crane capacity charts.
Should be able to carry daily inspection of lifting equipment required for coming day.
Should we able to work in team and be a good team player.
Familiar with all safety regulation and strictly enforces them together with other work force. 

Senior Rigger
